Setting the torque
: Pull out the locking button at the end of the handgrip and turn the handgrip in the clockwise or counter-clockwise direction in order to make the desired torque setting. Lock the locking button again. Finished!

2. Aluminium torque wrenches - DREMOMETER
(2 - 3000 Nm)
Features / advantages
:
full-metal construction from high-strength aluminium alloy
irrespective of where the force is applied
controlled tightening up to 3000 Nm with the help of extension tubes
guaranteed accuracy +/- 3% of the adjusted scale value
special utilisation areas with different end fittings (Dremometer Z)
Working principle
1 - Position of the lever chain without impact of force (in starting position).
2 - Position of the lever chain with impact of force before the set torque is achieved. The force is transferred from the primary lever to the intermediary and final lever until the final lever slips past the so-called release lever through the sliding back of the angle-lever body.
3 - Position of the lever chain when the force impacts after the torque setting is achieved. Immediate position after the clear tactile impulse and audible signal "click". On relief, the lever chain moves back into the starting position (1).
Technology
: Setting the torque value to N*m or to lbf*in/lbf*ft by the non-losable hexagon key in the handgrip. The smooth-running mechanism enables the setting to be made quickly without significant force needing to be applied. All DREMOMETERS are also available with locking and safety device (A+S).

3. Torque wrenches with slipping technology

Working principle
